CALL FOR ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON OCTOBER 17th, 2022
In accordance with the provisions of articles 10 h), 10 i), 19 and 20 of the By-Laws in force of the American Club, the Board of Directors has agreed to the call of the Annual General Assembly for October 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. on first call and at 7:00 p.m. on second call in case there is no quorum, in the Office Workspace "Espacio Geranios" in the Sala Lino room -Calle Álvarez 7 - 28029 MADRID (metro station Ventilla, Línea 9 or Plaza de Castilla).
AGENDA:
First: Approval of the Minutes of the previous General Assembly.
Second: President’s Annual Report.
Third: Treasurer’s Annual Report and Annual Budget.
Fourth: Committee's Reports
Fifth: Election of the Board of Directors overseen by the Nomination and Election Committees.
Sixth: Modification of the By-Laws (related to the following subjects:)
Note: According to our By-Laws, only the members in good standing may attend the meeting and vote for any of the proposed resolutions.

Tres: Informe Anual del Tesroreo - Presupuesto Anual.

Seis: Modificación de los Estatutos
Nota: De acuerdo con nuestros estatutos, solo los miembros al corriente de sus obligaciones pueden asistir a la Asamblea o votar en la misma.
