Happy Hour Cancellation Policy:
We are no longer able to process refunds for Happy Hour registrations.

For paid registrations, if you cancel before the event, the amount paid will remain as a credit on your account for a future American Club of Madrid event.

If your plans change, please cancel your registration through “My event registrations” in your Wild Apricot account. This opens up the spot for someone else and allows us to apply the credit properly. Having trouble canceling online? Email us at admin@americanclubofmadrid.com and we’ll help.
